I'm trying to install 14.04.1 alongside Mac OS 10.6.8 on my 2010 Macbook Pro.
Ubuntu will boot and fully load, it will seem to be working normally for about 30 seconds to a minute and then it will freeze completely. No error messages or weird behavior, just completely locks up and I have to hard restart to get out of it.
Laptop is a Macbook Pro 7,1 Core 2 Duo with 8GB ram. Mac os works flawlessly and has for years.
I've downloaded, burnt iso to disk and re-installed Ubuntu 3 times and it hasn't changed behavior. I've searched help and the forums up and down and haven't been able to find an answer.
Any ideas?
