How to get Ubuntu 32-bit booting on a late 2012 Imac 27 ?

Good evening. I'm actually facing a problem installing ubuntu 32-bit on an Imac 27" late 2012. I don't want to enter in the "Why 32 bit and not 64 discussion", the story is long, and today my only solution is to perform to install ubuntu 32-bits. Just for info, the 64 bits version perfectly works, but this doesn't solve my equation.

Just for info, my 32 bits USB key boots perfectly and ubuntu 32 bits is running really fine from it. So I can install ubuntu 32.

I tried two methods, and I post the results :

1. Using a full hard drive erase, and simply install ubuntu as main OS.
Result : I have a MAC blinking folder icon at boot, so I reinstalled Mac OS to try the second method.

2. I create a dual boot OS. After partitionning my HDD, I install refind, then ubuntu 23 bits. At boot, I have my 2 icons (Mac OS / Ubuntu). Mac OS boots fine, but if I try Ubuntu, I have a bootloader error that invite me to type a command line.

I read on the refind page that this issue arrives on some machine because of the 32 bits. First workaround is to install a 64 bit version, second one is "to set up EFI filesystem drivers and boot that way". Unfortunatly I really don't know how to do this last suggestion, and seems to be really complicate. I tried boot-repair, but I got an error suggesting me to intall a 64 bits version.

Anyone can suggest me how to do to get my 32 bit installation booting ? If it works from USB, what is missing to get it working from my HDD ?

Thanks for all help
