I have a 13" macbook running ubuntu 15.04 fresh install and i can not get fast and furious 7 to even be detected. I'm using an external liteon ez-dub dvd player. i've already enabled dvd playback; in fact the new Avengers movie loaded with out so much as an error and i watched the whole thing with no problems, but for some reason ff7 doesn't. the DVD drive spins up for a second and then goes silent. im not sure what other data someone will need to diagnose my problem.
