How can I get linux kernel 4.4 onto a live usb for installation of Ubuntu from usb? I'm trying to install on a Macbook Air (early 2015 version), and installers are not recognizing the SSD. The new kernel is supposed to remedy that with LightNVM. Thanks in advance for any help.
