I have Mac Book Pro early 2015, and installed Hi Sierra & Win 10 with Bootcamp.
I also have another Windows PC with win 7 on it with dual boot with Ubuntu 16.04.
Both PC can boot EFI Linux boot.
My wish is to install Ubuntu 16.04 or Linux Mint 18 on micro sd card alone bootable to don`t touch Boot from mac (Hi Sierra& win 10) and from Windows &Ubuntu on Win PC.
After several try with some tutorial over internet, such as Virtual player, normal try on ext disk etc,
I didn`t do it, because of my not good knowledge to work with terminal in linux, to get EFI boot, or EFI boot partition on Ubuntu or Linux Mint micro sd card
I always somewhere at the end made some false and after this step, don`t know what to do, and finally give up.
Could anybody give me some good tutorial to install Linux Mint or Ubuntu on external HDD with own boot, EFI, to bi be bootable on my both PC-s (Mac & Win PC).
Finally, I would like to install on micro sd card, because both PC-s has micro sd slot and work on both PC-s.
