Hi everyone
First lets get this out of the way this is my first time ever trying Linux as an OS. I decided to install Ubuntu Budgie on my aging Late 2007 Macbook I replaced the hard drive with a 120gb SSD and installed the 32-bit version as that is all my Macbook could install.
Everything works for the most part the wireless is a bit finicky for some reason sometimes it just won't connect and the machine itself is incapable of shutting down.
I have looked at the boot logs and I see a lot of red. The recurring error that keeps showing up is this:
710.112236] [drm:drm_atomic_helper_wait_for_dependencies [drm_kns-helper_]] *ERROR* [CRTC:41: pipe B] flip timed out
I was hoping there was a way to fix also here are the specs of my Late 2007 Macbook
Intel Core 2 Duo
4gb of Ram
Intel GMA X3100 graphics
