[ubuntu] Audio Video sync issue different in multiple browsers

I am running Ubuntu 20.04 on a MBP m1 using UTM. Everything works great except for the audio and visual sync issues. In chromium its just out of sync in firefox it stutters as if its trying to always sync the two. I have tried, installing flash (but having issues with ARM64), uninstalling and reinstalling audio drivers, downloading pulseaudio and setting latency adjustments (delay is too large to help much), and even the different audio options UTM itself. At this point im thinking its just an issue with UTM and ARM64. Any insight would be helpful im finding it hard to follow the solutions online due a lot of the packages not working on ARM64.
