[ubuntu] Easy Guide for wlan on Mac Book pro

Guys

I am a Ubuntu illiterate but for various reasons I really want to see if I can move over permanently to Ubuntu

But right now its not possible because I cannot get the wlan to work on my Mac Book Pro

And the guides are kind of made for people that are familiar with the system which I am not.

Is there a guide for dummies, based down to the most ignorant denominator on how to get this to work?

Even better if there was a self installer somewhere?
