how can I convince Ubuntu 12.10 to let me emulate a right mouse button click with CTRL-click?

I'm on a Macbook Air 4,2 and Ubuntu 12.10.

To have the same behaviour as in MacOS X
(CTRL-click for right mouse button and no emulation for the middle button):
