[ubuntu] MacBook Pro 5,5 Issues

My Details:

MacBook Pro 5,5 (Mid-2009 13")
Ubuntu 12.10 (dual-boot with OS X Mountain Lion)
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53GHz

What fan control drivers do I need to manage the fan sound? Also, how should I go about getting my magic mouse to work with Ubuntu? The bluetooth add feature fails every time.
