[lubuntu] PPC Build for 13.10

Hi,

at 16:30 (UTC) on Monday 19th August the lubuntu ppc desktop build will commence, it takes between 45 mins (alternate) and 90 mins (desktop) to build. This is the first build using the rebuilt 3.11 kernel, testers are welcome ):P
