Hello,
I'm fairly new with using Ubuntu and recently an issue has arisen. Without any warning, and always while using any internet browser, keyboard input and mouse movements on the trackpad will slow to a crawl. For example, while searching for this on the forums everything was fine. As of after typing hello, everything has slowed. There is no lag in loading programs- it seems to be simply the input has slowed. The mouse will move slowly and jump around the screen, and typing things out is noticeably slow.
I am using 12.04 on a 5,5 Macbook Pro. I'm not sure if there is a way to 'reboot' input devices without rebooting Ubuntu in general, but any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!
