Triple Boot Yosemite Bootcamp Ubunutu 14.04.2 Blank Screen

Hi All,

Installed Ubuntu to MacBook 2009 running Yosemite and using rEFInd. When booting to ubuntu I receive the black screen after the boot options have been set.

Anyone got advice for this configuration?
