MacBook Pro 10,1 | Ubuntu 18.04 partition & macOS partition
Now that I got my wifi driver *functional* on Ubuntu (using this advice), I want to fix how slow it is. I methodically tested speeds at two public wifi locations using both my original macOS partition and the new Ubuntu 18.04 partition; the results are drastic. For example, at a local cafe, macOS was Ping 30ms, Download 48.90Mbps, Upload 11.64Mbps; whereas Ubuntu was Ping 24ms, Download 2.90Mbps, Upload 0.96Mbps.
Could someone help me begin to diagnose this problem and maybe solve it? I'm not sure where to start.:-kO:)
